Both physicians and scientists have agreed on one common theme. They have both agreed that the increase cause of heart disease, high blood pressure, obesity and certain types of cancer is being linked to the lack of Omega-3 and Omega6 in their patients diets.

There are a lot of benefits to a daily intake of fish oils. If you are serious about your weight loss goal then you must begin to add some of these Omega-3 or Omega-6 to your diet. Though Omega-3 is mostly found in fish, there have been a lot of eggs that have been claiming that they too contain Omega-3.
